In June each year, the editors-in-chief from all EISA member magazines meet to decide which of the products analysed in their publications deserve as EISA award. Here are the products that have won the In-Car categories and what the judges had to say.
WINNER: IN-CAR HEAD UNIT - JVC KD-AVX77
"I want it all and i want it small": everything you could ask for from a 21st-century head unit is here, in a compact single DIN format. For years, JVC fought against knobs and buttons cluttering the face plate, and finally this new unit is controlled entirely through the touch screen. The screen width allows a split-screen mode to combine two pictures from different sources. The KD-AVX77 takes all types of content, from movies to MP3, while built-in multi channel decoder produces 5.1 sound. And of course, media sources like iPod or USB flash memory can be easily connected. With the KD-AVX77, the Bluetooth module supports up to five mobile phones, operated from the touch screen or via a steering wheel interface. For full specs click link JVC-KD-AVX77
